My goal here at Vectips is to create a site that offers more than just vector tutorials. I want to create a unique resource that offers helpful resources for everyone in the vector space. That means in the coming months we have plans to start rolling out more useful content besides vector tutorials.

Part of that useful content involves additional tools and resources that creatives often use. While we encourage everyone here to create their own illustrations, we know that often times isn’t ideal for certain projects. We’ve all had those clients need artwork “yesterday” and you may not have time to illustrate a custom piece yourself. So the next best thing is to purchase a stock illustration.

Based on our survey we ran a few weeks ago, we found that many of our readers still spend several hundred dollars on stock vectors each year. It’s always handy to have some credits in your account when your budget doesn’t permit custom illustration.

Since iStock is one of the leading microstock marketplaces in the industry, we thought it would be helpful to start aggregating promo codes we find around the web and post them to this page. Here are two iStock promo codes to get you started:
